Emily works in Gastroenterology at Springfield Memorial Hospital and HSHS St. John's Hospital.

Emily received her graduate degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and her undergraduate degree from Bradley University in Peoria. She is an active volunteer in the community and has served many causes that support disadvantaged students, homeless families and children with cancer.
