Dementia Caregiving 101
Join us for an educational series on caring for those with dementia or memory loss. The series is eight weeks long — feel free to register for one session or all eight. This program is designed to equip family caregivers of those living at home.
All sessions are 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. at the Lincoln Library in the Multipurpose Room located on the second floor (326 South 7th Street, Springfield, IL).

Memory and Aging Echo
Hosted by specialists from the Smith Alzheimer’s Center at SIU Medicine, each Memory and Aging ECHO session involves a case-based learning approach containing 30-minute didactic lessons followed by clinician patient case presentations. Continuing education credits are available for participants. Topics include assessment and diagnosis, care planning, communication strategies, and more. These ECHO sessions help satisfy the Illinois-required 1 hour dementia training, beginning January 1, 2023.

Migraine Clinic

Springfield Clinic Migraine Clinic provides same-day care for patients suffering from acute migraine attacks not responsive to home treatment through an evidence-based care model. We provide outpatient infusion treatment of migraines in an office setting using a combination therapy of IV fluids, anti-emetics and pain relievers. All patients welcome with provider referral.
