We’ve made enrolling in our patient portal, myHealth@SC powered by FollowMyHealth®, a much easier process that will validate your identity online. Simply follow the patient verification steps on screen and then have immediate access to securely manage your health 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The system will verify your identity electronically by asking a few questions and using publicly available information to check your answers. Some of this information is based on your credit history.
Don’t worry! This identity check will have no impact on your credit score, as credit information will be used solely to authenticate your identity.

What do I do if I already have a FollowMyHealth® account set up for another provider or health care organization?
Other regional health care organizations may also use the FollowMyHealth® platform, but you only need ONE account to access your records. If you already have a FollowMyHealth® account, you simply need to add Springfield Clinic to your connections. Directions are below.
Log in to your FollowMyHealth® account.
Click the My Account tab, and then click Connections.
Click Add Organization.
Type Springfield Clinic into the Search field, and then press Enter.
Click Springfield Clinic at 1025 South 6th Street from the choices, and then click Connect.
After you select connect for SC to be added to your existing account, it will take you through the identity check questions from Experian, and you will receive notification that your connection is pending. Keep an eye out in your email for a "Welcome to Springfield Clinic" message from your new account.
