After more than 90,000 patient experience surveys received in 2022, more than 230 eligible* SC providers achieved the top 10% in national rank for patient experience. And, the number of providers that moved up to the Top 1% in national rank has more than tripled.

“All too often the traditional health care experience is cold and intimidating for patients. It shouldn’t be. When you wrap world-class care around a modern and convenient patient experience where respect for the patient is the key focus, you see the results that we’re seeing right now at Springfield Clinic,” says Zach Kerker, vice president of brand, experience and advocacy.

The 230+ physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants that earn the Top 10% designation receive a special recognition badge on their provider profile pages on our website. These consistent efforts from our providers and the teamwork with their care teams have increased Springfield Clinic’s net promoter score, a measurement of patients’ likelihood to recommend the practice to friends and family, by six points over the past two years. Springfield Clinic’s NPS score currently sits at 85, an exceptional score against industry benchmarks.

“We appreciate our patients’ time and constructive feedback, which we review weekly to identify opportunities to improve and recognize our providers and care teams that consistently deliver an exceptional patient experience,” added Kim Leistner Root, director of experience and internal communication.
