About This Provider

Tina Rozene, MD, is with Springfield Clinic’s Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Department seeing patients at Springfield Clinic Effingham. She joined Springfield Clinic in 2016.

Dr. Rozene earned her medical degree and completed her internal medicine and pediatrics residency at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield.

“I was initially torn between being a lawyer or being a doctor when I was younger. In college, I tried the engineering route and realized that was not for me,” says Dr. Rozene. “I found my niche in medicine and it just came natural to me.”

“Effingham and our surrounding communities are just so welcoming,” says Dr. Rozene. “It is so nice to just sit down with people, hear their stories and about who they are. We can then use that to help them be the best they can be.”

As an internal medicine and pediatrics physician, Dr. Rozene is available to see patients of all ages ranging from newborn to seniors. She works with patients to ensure they are being proactive in their health care.

In her free time, Dr. Rozene enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and photography.
