Hayley Ralph, MD, provides care with the Springfield Clinic's Family Medicine Department and sees patients at Springfield Clinic Peoria North Knoxville.
Dr. Ralph earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Rockford. She completed her residency at Saint Louis University School of Medicine in O'Fallon, Ill.
Dr. Ralph knew she wanted to be doctor ever since she was a child. "The combination of my passion for science and fascination with the human body made for a good fit to become a doctor," she says.
Her own experience as a patient also led to her seeking a career in family medicine. "Getting to see my family medicine doctor over time and watching them get to know us through our well-child visits and then later sports physicals, they were the person we would go to first for any medical care," she says. "They would solve our problems and were a jack of all trades for my own care."
Dr. Ralph sees patients of all ages, from newborns to senior citizens. "Sitting down with me, you'll find that I listen very carefully and am very thorough in addressing the priority list of needs each patient has," she says.
In her free time, Dr. Ralph enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music and enjoying the outdoors.
