Our registered dietitian, Morgan Curless, RD, LDN, hosts grocery store tours to provide you with practical knowledge on choosing healthier food items. Diabetes support group
Join us for a FREE support group for those living with diabetes. Meetings are at Springfield Clinic Carpenter on the third Monday of each month from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Each session will begin with a 5-10 minute educational talk on a particular topic related to diabetes. Then, participants can discuss anything they would like related to diabetes and ask questions to available experts and each other. Future sessions could include guest speakers or trips to local places, such as the farmers’ markets.
