Meet our Team

Bo Bennett

Graduated from Williamsville High School in 2012. After graduation he headed to Southern Illinois University Edwardsville to pursue his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and eventually Physical Therapy. His plans changed once a professor reached out to him in undergrad with a job opportunity to be a personal trainer in the St. Louis area. There he found his passion for helping clients reach their fitness and performance goals.

After graduation he decided to move back to the Springfield area to work as a personal trainer. He spent his first year working at the local YMCA and the rehabilitation floor at Memorial Hospital.

He quickly experienced growth as a personal trainer and decided to devote all his time to that craft. For the last 9 years, he has been a personal trainer in the Springfield area, as well as training clients across the country online.

Bo has worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from ages 8 to 90; and differing in abilities from a person with paraplegia to high level professional athletes.

Zach Markley

Zachary Markley graduated from Greenview High School in 2010. After graduation, he attended Lincoln Land Community College before transferring to the University of Illinois at Springfield, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science.

While completing his degree, Zach worked as an intern and assistant within the UIS Sports Performance Department, where he gained hands-on experience working with collegiate athletes in strength, conditioning, and performance enhancement. This experience fueled his passion for athletic development and coaching at the next level.

After graduation, Zach accepted a position at Shorter University in Rome, Georgia, where he served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. There, he worked with a variety of collegiate sports teams, helping athletes improve strength, speed, and overall athletic performance through evidence-based training principles.
