Shauna L. Bivens, APRN, CNP, is a board certified family nurse practitioner at Springfield Clinic Pekin who provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages. With a background in family health and more than 15 years of clinical experience, she focuses on building strong relationships that support both the physical and emotional needs of patients.

Shauna earned her nursing and advanced practice education, including her Family Nurse Practitioner certification. Prior to joining Springfield Clinic Pekin, she held leadership roles in clinical education and nursing supervision, and spent time teaching nursing assessment and clinical skills.

Her clinical interests include preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s and men’s health services, and patient education. Shauna believes in involving patients in their care decisions and empowering them with information to support long term wellness.

Outside of clinical practice, Shauna enjoys baking and creative projects that reflect her commitment to thoughtful, caring service.
