Ali B. Ilahi, MD, provides care with the Springfield Clinic’s Family Medicine Department (Peoria North Knoxville).

Inspired by his father, a cardiologist, Dr. Ilahi developed an interest in medicine at an early age. He earned his undergraduate degree from Bradley University and went on to attend the University of Medicine and Health Sciences in St. Kitts. He completed his family medicine residency training at the Genesis Family Medicine Residency Program in Davenport, Iowa. 

Ali is passionate about helping individuals and families build healthier lives through education, prevention and personalized care. He enjoys the broad scope of family medicine and caring for patients throughout every stage of life, from newborns to older adults. Ali has a special interest in chronic disease management, including diabetes, hypertension and heart disease. Known for his thorough and compassionate approach, he believes strong physician-patient relationships and patient education are essential to achieving the best health outcomes. 

Outside of medicine, Ali enjoys playing basketball, reading and learning new skills. He recently took up chess and appreciates the challenge and strategy the game offers. He looks forward to building lasting relationships with patients and families in the Peoria community.
