Matt Kink, MS, LAT, ATC, serves as the Athletic Trainer for Auburn High School and also providers outreach coverage for Pawnee High School.
Matt earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa and his Master of Science degree in Kinesiology from Western Illinois University in Macomb.
“I always wanted to become an athletic trainer because of my love for sports,” says Matt. “When I was a student-athlete, I had a great relationship with my athletic trainer.”
Matt works each day to not just help athletes get back on the field, but truly make a connection with them through that process. Growing up in the area, coming back to central Illinois was always the perfect fit for Matt to return to for providing athletic training services.
In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with friends, going to the gym and watching college football.
