Outing Fees

$50 per golfer

All golfers must be registered on or before May 29.

Proceeds from this year's outing will help fund future educational opportunities.

Mulligans

$5 each

Mulligans can be used on any hole except for par 3 hole-in-one premium holes. Limit 12 per team.

Deadline to register - May 29

Register early. Outing is limited. Maximum of 140 golfers (35 foursomes). You do NOT need to have a foursome to play. All non-foursome golfers will be paired with other golfers or a member of the Springfield Clinic Sports Medicine staff.
