    As of January 23, 2024, our print and online billing statements have a new look for patient visits at locations that have changed to our new electronic health record (EHR) athenahealth. athenahealth provides a modern and seamless way to access your patient information, appointments, medical history and billing statements in one platform.

    Locations that have not yet changed to the new system will keep the current billing format. We will transition all Springfield Clinic locations to the new billing system in athenahealth by August 2024. As part of the transition, your account or ID number will change.

Locations that have not yet changed to the new system will keep the current billing format.     Yes, athenahealth provides a modern and seamless way to access your patient information, appointments, medical history and billing statements in one platform. Existing patients can get signed up for the new and improved portal at their first appointment at a location that has transitioned. Alternatively, patients with a valid email address on file can sign up for a portal account using the link below.

    Please reference your online statement code under the Pay online section of your athenahealth statement. Alternatively, patients can scan the QR code on their paper statement.

    Patients paying an outstanding balance in the retiring system will not need an online statement code to use Quick Pay. Account number and zip code will both be needed.

    All athenahealth statements are double-sided. Charge details will appear on the second page of your statement.

    Your account or ID number is listed with patient name and statement date on the front of your statement.

    Springfield Clinic changed vendors for statements, leading to delays in printing which caused some statements to be issued within a short timeframe.
