Each quarter, Springfield Clinic will make a donation to a community organization to help it fulfill its wish list. The mission is to recognize and give back to those who have helped care for our community.

Springfield Clinic Gives (SC GIVES) is open to any nonprofit or charitable organization within our communities with a proven track record of service contributing to the health, wellness, fitness or overall quality of life to those in Springfield Clinic’s service region. Nominations can be made by staff, volunteers or the general public through the online form below. Once you are nominated, you are eligible ALL YEAR!

Springfield Clinic is eager to celebrate SC GIVES with the central Illinois community by hosting a unique presentation for the recipient each quarter.
