Elijah Kim, MD, MPH, FACS, FCCP, received a graduate degree from Columbia University in New York City and his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in general surgery at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai-Atlantic Health System in New Jersey, where he was chief resident. He then went on to complete a fellowship in surgical critical care at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Ga. He is board certified in critical care surgery and general surgery.
