Springfield Clinic is opening a new Midwest Occupational Health Associates (MOHA) location in Decatur, Ill. on Monday. This new MOHA location is temporarily being housed at Springfield Clinic Decatur while the permanent location is being constructed. Springfield Clinic MOHA Decatur will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, but will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for companies who need assistance.
As a full-service occupational health practice, Springfield Clinic MOHA Decatur will offer local businesses an efficient and cost-effective way to handle employee physicals, drug screens, injury assessment and management for injured workers and other important services. The MOHA Decatur team, led by Dr. Robert Gordon, a board certified occupational medicine physician, will work closely with companies in the area to ensure they are getting excellent value and serving their employees in the best way possible.
“MOHA has a proven track record of reducing overall costs for companies, saving them millions of dollars,” says Sue Mullen, Springfield Clinic’s MOHA business liaison. “We have been asked by several companies to meet a need in the Decatur area and we are responding to that need.”
