Springfield Clinic is committed to supporting an educated and qualified community workforce. To reflect this commitment, we provide work experience, training, and education to students in three levels of temporary, unpaid work experience through job shadowing, clinical training, or non-clinical internships to help meet educational requirements set by the school. This work experience can be used as an educational, networking, and recruiting opportunity for both the student and Springfield Clinic.
