The mammography service is accredited by the American College of Radiology and complies with all requirements of the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA); American College of Radiology (ACR) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

The vascular lab is accredited by the Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories (ICAVL), and the American College of Radiology.

All Radiologists are certified by the American Board of Radiology. Many have completed additional fellowship studies in specialty areas of Radiology.

All technologists are board certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and licensed with the Illinois Emergency Management Agency's Department of Nuclear Safety in their specialized area of imaging. Many technologists have multiple certifications.

All radiation producing equipment is inspected by the Illinois Emergency Management Agency's Departement of Nuclear Safety, and meets all compliance criteria.

X-ray services are also available at both Prompt Care facilities: Prompt Care Main Campus and Prompt Care West.

The general sonography service is accredited by the ACR, and the Springfield-based OB/GYN sonography service is accredited by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine.
