Receptionist, Wabash Medical Center – Full time position available. Highly motivated individual needed for fast paced office. Candidate must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Receptionist – Full time positions available at the Pavilion. Candidate will possess the desire, the energy and the talent to work as a team player or independently in busy specialist office. Switchboard Operator – Full & part time position available in the Telecommunications department. The full time position is for a combination of days, evenings & weekends. Other part time position available are: 11:00pm-7:00am shift every other Friday & Saturday, combination evenings & weekends 24hrs a week. Must have excellent customer service skills and good listening skills along with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Range $8.50-$12.75
Dictionary Support Analyst – Full time position available in the Patient Accounting department. Ability to effectively maintain and audit internal data resource. Responsible for running data reports in an established software program. Position requires self-motivated, highly organized individual who can work in an independent manner. Range $11.00-$16.50
Central Sterilizing Technician, Ambulatory Surgery Center – Full time position available. Previous Central Sterilizing or Surgical Tech experience preferred. Central Processing Certification desired. Requires standing, pushing, pulling, and walking. Good communication and organizational skills needed. Must be self-motivated. Range $9.50-$14.25
System Analyst – Four years of college level training in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline: or equivalent work experience in clinical operations, business, Information Technology or other related field. Administrative knowledge of databases and their structure, functionality and trouble shooting, in order to be able to apply to data bases in use by the Clinic. Experience in client/server configuration and its functions as well as the supporting software in order to successfully and efficiently work through any issues that may arise. Experience in working with software technologies that support Clinic applications. Demonstrated ability to mange midsize to large projects. Demonstrated ability to work with others that are at different skill levels. Demonstrated written and verbal skills, flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the Clinic. Range $17.50-$26.25
Application Specialist – Two years of college level training in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline; or equivalent work experience in clinical operations, business, Information Technology or other related field. General knowledge of databases and their structure and functionality. General knowledge of a client/server configuration and its functions. General knowledge of software technologies. Demonstrated ability to manage small to midsize projects. Demonstrated ability to work with others that are at different skill levels. Demonstrated written and verbal skills. Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the Clinic. Range $13.50-$20.25
Programmer Analyst – Two years college level training in computer science, programming, and/or database structure; or equivalent work related experience. Demonstrate proficient knowledge and experience with LAN, WAN and Web based application development tools, preferably Microsoft Visual Basic, Access, SQL, ASP, HTML, JavaScript, and VBScript. Working knowledge and experience with LAN and WAN based network operating systems, preferably MS Windows 2000, XP, Server 2003 and Active Directory. Strong programming skills including, developing & testing stored procedures & queries, preferably in SQL. Experience in tuning and analyzing databases and applications for performance. Strong understanding of major components of database procedures, architecture, and principles. Knowledge of interfacing concepts and standard interface formats. Ability to translate non-technical user requirements into Clinic business applications. Communication skills, both verbal and written. General knowledge of healthcare industry. Range $19.50-$29.25
Respiratory Therapist – Intermittent Part time position available. Will perform pulmonary function testing, administer respiratory treatments and provide pulmonary instructions to patients. Must have CRT or RRT and licensed in the state of Illinois. Range $14.50-$21.75
Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant – Full time position available. Enjoy flexible hours along with no weekends or holiday. Applicant must posses a valid Illinois Physical Therapy license.
MRI Technologist – Graduate of accredit Radiology program. Current registration with the American registry of Radiologic Technologists in Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Minimum of 3 years experience working with 1.5 Tesla systems. Experience performing Neuro, MSK, Vascular and Arthrography imaging. Customer service oriented. Able to multi-task in fast-paced environment. Range $19.50-$29.25
Medical Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, Ophthalmic Assistant or LPN – Full time position available for Pavilion Eye department. Looking for outstanding individual with Clinical experience. Cardiac Sonographer – Full time position available in the Cardiology department for an Echo Technician. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills. Range $20.75-$31.13
Cardiac Clinical Coordinator – Full time position available in the Cardiology department. Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, marketing expertise with knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Must be organized and able to work independently. This position requires routine travel throughout Central Illinois and ability to do presentations to groups of Medical professional.
Clinical Educator/RN – Full-time position available in the Ambulatory Surgery Center. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the state of Illinois. Minimum 5 years experience in the nursing profession, including 3 years operating room experience. Minimum 1-year previous teaching experience in a health care educational setting, CPR, ACLS, PALS certification required. Range $20.50-$30.75.
RN, TeleNurse – Part time positions available. 24 hours per week with rotation every other weekend. Minimum of 5 years direct patient care experience and board/diverse scope of patient assessment skills including Pediatrics, Internal medicine/Family Practice, Post-Operative and Specialties. Range $17.75-$26.63
Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant – Due to growth Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant needed for Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, Ortho, Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, Cardiology, and ENT. Full and part time positions available. Must be licensed in the state of Illinois. Excellent communication skills needed.
