At Springfield Clinic’s Prompt Care, we strive to provide Fast, Convenient, Quality Care in a Walk-in Medical Clinic environment. Wait times for our services will vary, depending on the season, day of the week and time of day; however, even during the busy winter season, our average wait time is only 23 minutes!

We understand your time is important and we’re working hard to make sure the convenient and quality care you receive remains prompt. Currently, Prompt Care does not post wait times online; however, patients are welcome to call either Prompt Care location to inquire about the current wait time.
