Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States. Fortunately, we can help. Springfield Clinic Cardiology combines friendly and compassionate cardiac physicians with state-of-the-art technology tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient we serve.
Our mission is to build healthy relationships with our patients. We work to:
- Provide the best care possible to those affected by cardiac conditions
- Assist patients in preventing heart disease through testing, education and lifestyle changes. Through such changes, patients not only reduce their risk for heart attack and cardiovascular disease, but experience fewer associated risks of stroke, diabetes and some cancers
- Offer resources that can help patients live a healthier lifestyle
We make access to great cardiac care easier and more convenient for our patients. As part of Springfield Clinic, each patient's record is accessible through a comprehensive Electronic Health Record (EHR) System, so care can be coordinated with other physicians and local hospitals.
For patient convenience, Springfield Clinic doctors provide services at both Memorial Medical Center and St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, Illinois. In addition, many of our specialists are active participants in the Specialty Outreach Program and offer expert cardiac care and treatment in many medical offices and hospitals throughout the region.
