Must be 21 years of age and work 1000 hours per year
Entry dates - January 1st or July 1st, immediately following completion of years of service requirement.
401(k) Contributions:
Eligible after one year of service
Can defer up to 50% of earnings
Springfield Clinic matches first 1%
Profit Sharing Contributions:
Eligible after two years of service
Springfield Clinic makes contribution to Plan based on annual earnings (currently 5.7%)
Merrill Lynch is trustee and record keeper of plan which provides several investment options.
Self directed plan (employees must direct investment of funds)
100% immediate vesting
Administrative cost of plan paid by Springfield Clinic.
