Welcome to Administration

Springfield Clinic is organized as a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) and as such is governed by a board of directors, members of which are elected from among the organization's partners. The board designates a chairman who presides over the group. The 2011-2012 board of directors includes:

The board of directors employs a team of executives to manage the business affairs of the organization. These individuals, listed below, are responsible for the financial viabililty of the organization, quality of care, operational efficiency, technology, services and many other aspects of a large and dynamic medical practice. Three physicians serve dual roles as administrators in their capacities as Medical Directors and the organization's Chief Medical Officer.
