I would like to say what a great place the Clinic is to work for and also express my gratitude to my bosses in the Lab during a very difficult time in my personal life. I felt so much concern and support from them and many others that I work with. It speaks volumes to me personally. I am appreciative that while I was dealing with my personal situation that I didn’t have to worry about my job. Thanks for that, it really is a perfect example of the SC Way!!!!!
It is a nice place to learn & work.
I think SC is a great place to work because of the teamwork that is displayed. As a recent example, I was asked to see a patient for a pessary fitting but I do not have my equipment yet. Dr. Rick Eden was very kind to see the patient with me the day she came in and also fit her for a pessary from their supplies. It was great learning for me and also a positive experience for her in getting help in a timely manner.
Great Awards Dinner! It was the best ever! I have been going for 23 years. The entertainment and screens were done well. Everybody was able to hear and see. The humor is needed in our line of work. I have been working for the clinic since 1986, the second time around. I have appreciated working here and I realize, and I think we all realize and all appreciate working here. It’s nice to have a dinner like this once a year. We can only make Springfield Clinic a great place to work and to go to for medical help if we all work together. I am looking forward to many more years and many more awards dinners to come.
I started my career as a receptionist/file clerk in 1985. I learned that with hard work and dedication to always doing the right thing for the patient and the clinic, I was quickly recognized and given opportunity for growth within the organization. To this day, I still look forward to most every day and the challenges each day brings. I love interacting with many personalities and people from all walks of life. I hope that I have and will continue to make a positive difference in the lives of those people. The effort the Springfield Clinic has made through the years to educate the employees about benefits has helped me personally plan and make better decisions for my future. The profit sharing and 401K forced me recognize the importance of saving for retirement. After many years of employment I truly appreciate this benefit and will someday live a much more comfortable retirement as a result. Linda Potter, Director of Operations

I would like to thank my co-workers in GI/ASC; nurses, techs, Dr.'s,CRNA'S for their support for the past few months as I prepare for surgery. They have shown much kindness & support. This is one of many reasons why I think Springfield Clinic is a great place to work.
I want to thank the clinic for our awards dinner. It was a very nice event! I really enjoyed myself, also I was one of the lucky ones to get a free room and it was lovely thanks again. I am proud to work here and be a part of the clinic. Again thanks you so much!!!!
