Springfield Clinic's helpful greeters are available at each building to assist you with all your needs, from pointing you in the right direction, to contacting help for patients in need.

Allscripts Patient Kiosks
Springfield Clinic's biometric Patient Kiosks allow patients to check themselves in, update their information, and be in charge of their own health information, keeping it completely private.

Restaurants/Food Services

The Bean Counter
Main Campus - 1st Floor East
SC 1st - 1st Floor
The Bean Counter offers baked from scratch treats, such as old fashioned butter cake, cookies, muffins and much more, as well as delicious coffee roasted by The Bean Counter itself to assure you the freshest cup of coffee possible.

Tea Thyme
Main Campus - 4th Floor West
7:00 am - 2:00 pm
Tea Thyme, a casual cafe for breakfast, lunch or a quick snack, is the perfect place to grab a lunch sandwich or salad, or indulge in a fresh baked muffin or scone with your morning coffee or tea. Tea Thyme's restaurant offers new options daily, so you'll want to come back for more.

Lobby Hours

  • The lobby at Main Campus East Building opens at 5:30 am for patients of the Ambulatory Surgery & Endoscopy Center, and closes at 8:00 pm with the closing of Prompt Care. Main Campus West Building opens at 6:30 am and closes at 6:00 pm.
  • The lobby of SC 1st is open from 6:00 am, and closes at 6:00 pm.
  • The lobby of Springfield Clinic Wabash is open at 7:15 am, and closes at 8:00 pm with the closing of Prompt Care.

Security
Security is present at SC 1st 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Security is present at Main Campus from 5:00 pm until 8:00 am.

Parking
Springfield Clinic offers free parking, with large lots available at all of our locations.

Wireless Access
Wi-Fi access is available at most of our locations.

Waiting Rooms
Springfield Clinic waiting rooms all have cable television, as well as frequently updated reading materials for your use.

SC 1st Patient Shuttle
Shuttle service is available for patients of Springfield Clinic 1st. Shuttle stations are marked with a large green circle sign labeled “Patient Shuttle Station.” The bus runs from 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. The full route cycle time is approximately 10 minutes. For return service, patients can catch the shuttle in front of the building and ride to the station nearest their parking location. This service will only transport patients to the Springfield Clinic 1st building. It will not provide transportation to SIU or Memorial.
